By booking a ticket or event with The Smoking Gunn, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website.

• Payment is taken at the time of booking.

• Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

• You may transfer your ticket to someone else – just let us know their details in advance.

3. Dietary Needs

• Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee allergen-free food.

4. Event Details

• Please arrive on time – food is served promptly.

• Events are subject to change or cancellation. If we cancel, a full refund will be issued.

• We reserve the right to remove disruptive guests.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses incurred at our events except where required by law.
