About the event
Join me for an intimate, one-of-a-kind dining experience where I’ll be preparing a seasonal, locally-inspired six-course tasting menu right in front of you. Using the freshest local ingredients, each dish will showcase the very best of what’s in season, bringing out bold flavours and unique combinations.
The menu will be a surprise on the night, but if you have any dietary requirements, just let me know in advance. With only 10 spaces available, this is a truly limited event designed for those who appreciate fine food and thoughtful cooking. It’s the perfect chance to enjoy a relaxed, interactive evening with great food and even better company.
